Vivek Jagadish

Vivek Jagadish joined Besen & Associates in May 2008 as investment Analyst. In his role at Besen & Associates he has been involved with completed sales transactions in New York City with an aggregate value over $35 million. Vivek supports the investment sales team with various research and analysis, including valuations, comparable sales data, cash flow/internal rate of return projections, and due diligence.

Prior to joining Besen, he interned with Bear Stearns in the Global Equities division. He chose to pursue a career in commercial real estate to combine his finance background with his interest in property and land valuation. He has also worked in finance at the former Keyspan Corporation.

Vivek was born in Bangalore, India and is fluent in Hindi, Tamil and Kannada. He graduated cum laude from the MaCaulay Honors College at Baruch College, with a major in Finance & Investments and a minor in New York City Studies. He is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
