Scott Masonis

Scott spent 10 years on Wall Street; most recently as a Vice President at Deutsche Bank, as an International Portfolio Manager in the Risk & Capital Management division, managing a $10B Country Limit Portfolio. Scott was also a Credit Analyst in the Credit Risk Management / Asset Quality Group specializing in Real Estate. Scott is Credit Trained and Certified in Argus Real Estate Software.

Mr. Masonis is responsible for the sourcing and analysis of deals, which includes advising investors and lenders on the purchase or sale of non/sub performing loans, REO’s and investment sales. Scott also is responsible for new client origination and new business development.
Scott earned a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a B.S. in Finance from Babson College. Scott also holds a New York State Real Estate Salesperson license.

Mr. Masonis is a member of the NYU Real Estate Alumni Association, Young Jewish Professionals, Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association, National Eagle Scout Association and Manhattan Sailing Club. Mr. Masonis is an FAA licensed Airplane & Helicopter Pilot and Captain of the Besen J-24 Sailing Team.
