Ronnie Shaban

Ronnie Shaban joined Besen & Associates in February 2009 from Extreme Realty, where he spent four years and achieved over $50,000,000 in aggregate transaction volume in Manhattan, the boroughs and Nassau County. He specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use properties and retail strip centers.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Mr. Shaban founded and ran several apparel businesses, from manufacturing of women’s sportswear to high-end retail menswear. From 1989-1997 he was the president of Borsalino Menswear, which had three stores in Manhattan. After that, he worked for four years as a financial planner for MetLife, providing estate planning and business continuation planning for high net worth individuals and businesses.

Ronnie Shaban prides himself in his relationship-building skills, and intuitive problem-solving to help consummate transactions. He is fluent in Farsi.
