Rolfe Haas transitioned from investment banking and industrial real estate in New Jersey to join Besen & Associates in February 2012. Having begun his real estate career in 2003, he was at NAI/James E. Hanson in corporate services, a leasing associate at Keystone Property Trust (which was sold to ProLogis in 2004), and began his career in commercial real estate at CB Richard Ellis in Iselin, NJ.
He is also Of Counsel for Nonprofit Solutions, a start-up public relations and fundraising firm that provides outreach strategies, promotional campaigns, and initiatives primarily for nonprofit cultural organizations. Clients include American Friends of the London Philharmonic and the American Sephardi Federation.
Haas’ financial background also includes experience performing equity research analyst at Oppenheimer and Lehman Brothers, trading on the NYSE trading floor and as a proprietary trader, and financial editing at Morgan Stanley and Investment Capital Ukraine.
He also has also worked with a Broadway producer in assessing the investment viability of multiple Broadway productions.
Haas has an AB in English from Princeton University.
