Pascal Levy

Pascal Levy joined Besen & Associates in 2011, bringing over twenty years of experience in residential development and construction. 

From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Levy developed mid-rise condominiums and luxury single-family homes as part of a family business.  During that time he created a building company for small and mid-size projects, such as luxurious spas, a Morgan Cars Showroom and waterfront homes.  He later developed multiple projects of  high-end town homes in Florida.  In 2007, he won an RFP in Boynton Beach, Florida to develop an 152-unit affordable housing project which was a mix of Tax Credit Rentals and Government subsidized 2-story townhomes, with the C.R.A.  From 2008 to 2009 Mr. Levy worked as a Vice President in a development company in New York that did projects in multiple property sectors inlcuding Hotel, Office, Condominiums.  More recently he worked in brokerage in both residential and commercial firms.

Mr. Levy has a background in Finance and is highly experienced in cost-efficiency, accounting and large bank dealings.  He has deep knowledge of CMBS and multifamily assets.  He holds a Business Degree from Paris University 10 (Economics and Finance) and a DECS from ICS Beguet (CPA equivalent).  He is fluent in French, Spanish and Arabic.
