Morris Arlos

Morris Arlos joined Besen & Associates in January 2004. He has since developed an expertise in multifamily, particularly in the Northern Manhattan neighborhoods.

Mr. Arlos started his real estate career at Misrahi Realty Corp. where he focused on investment property sales. He has an extensive background in international business, beginning at IBM where he worked in various technical and marketing positions in New York, Paris and Tokyo.

In the 90’s, while Director of Far East Business Development at Transclick.com, he was active in business strategy, project management & securing financing from the company’s main investor. Mr. Arlos has also been involved in the art world, having owned and operated Maurice Arlos Fine Art in the Tribeca section of Manhattan.

Mr. Arlos holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Northeastern University in Boston.
