Matthew Garcia

Matthew Garcia joined the Besen & Associates investment sales team in January 2009. He handles commercial transactions in all parts of the metropolitan New York area, with particular expertise in Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Bronx.

Prior to joining Besen & Associates, Matt worked in investment sales at GFI Realty Services from 2007-2008. He began his commercial real estate career in the Washington, DC market where he worked for three years in the commercial division of Long & Foster. There he brokered over 40 transactions across all property types, including multifamily, retail, office and industrial. Matt’s dedicated approach and proficient negotiating skills have allowed him to continue his success in the New York market.

Matt graduated from James Madison University in Virginia with a B.A. in Political Science.
