Lynda Blumberg

Ms. Blumberg joined Besen & Associates in June 2000. She has completed over $600,000,000 in transactions in 2007 alone, and close to $1 billion in aggregate in her career. She is one of the highest-selling commercial brokers of multifamily in The Bronx, and has brokered deals involving other asset classes all over New York City.

Ms. Blumberg started her career in real estate managing her family’s real estate portfolio in the East Village of New York City, where she cumulatively rented approximately 700 apartments and retail. Over her eight years in the family real estate business, her responsibilities shifted from managing, renting units, and handling legal issues to canvassing new properties to grow the portfolio. Prior to making commercial real estate her career focus, Lynda was a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Before joining Besen, she worked for Bellmarc Realty and Massey Knakal, where she was focused on The Bronx as a territory. Her passion for the brokerage business and overall determination has fueled her success in closing all types of transactions. Ms. Blumberg graduated from New York University School of Nursing with a B.S.N. in Nursing.
