Lev Mavashev

Lev Mavashev joined Besen & Associates in January 2009 as an Associate in the Investment-Sales Group, specializing in commercial and multi-family investment properties. In addition to being a highly dedicated and entrepreneurial broker, Lev is also an investment property owner, which allows him to bring a unique prospective to the brokerage business. Prior to joining Besen & Associates, Lev was an Investment-Sales Broker at GFI Realty Services. He began his career in Real Estate as a CPA with Deloitte & Touché LLP, providing financial analysis, acquisition consulting, and due diligence services to some of the world’s prominent real estate companies. His clients included Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Tishman Speyer, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds.

Lev is highly dedicated to serving his clients and building long lasting relationships. He thrives on challenges and always brings a “win-win” attitude to every deal. He is a valued member of The Rowen Group, who have recently completed over $280 million in investment sales transactions.

Lev is a graduate of Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, where he received his BBA in Accounting & Economics, Magna Cum Laude Honors.
