Kelly Lin is an Associated AIA architect/planner and investment sales agent concentrating on Manhattan. She joined Besen & Associates in 2011.
Prior to Besen & Associates, she was Vice President of Commercial Sales at Misrahi Realty Corporation of New York City. Kelly was originally brought on as an architect to consult on development projects, and transitioned to full-time investment sales upon consummating her first sale of a building in Greenwich Village for $7,500,000.
Kelly began her career as an architect/planner at Perkins Eastman International, where she concentrated on master planning and marketing for commercial, residential, hotel, and institutional developments worldwide. As an investment sales agent, Kelly has completed transactions of income-producing and development property encompassing over 300,000 square feet.
Kelly Lin is currently a candidate for Masters of Real Estate Finance and Investment at New York University. She is an Associated AIA architect and LEED Green Associate. She is also an active member in NAAAP, REISA, Urban Land Institute, and YMWREA. She also holds a BED degree in Architecture and BA in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley. Kelly speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
