Jonathan Horn to Head Loan/REO Sales & Structured Finance Advisory

After co-founding Helios Capital where he was directly responsible for the disposition of over $450 million UPB over the last four years, Jonathan Horn has joined Besen & Associates as Executive Managing Director of  their Loan & REO Sales/Structured Finance Advisory, a group that he will be leading.  In conjunction, Besen & Associates will be opening a new office in Red Bank, New Jersey.  Mr. Horn will be splitting his time between there and the main office at 381 Park Avenue South.

In this role he will be in charge of overseeing all aspects of the group's day-to-day business, which includes disposition services for commercial and residential loans and REO properties on behalf of community and regional banks throughout NY, NJ, CT and PA.  The group will also focus on investment sales and borrower structured finance representation.  Besen has recently advised on the sale of over $200 million worth of commercial loans and REO property in the New York area.
