John Simpson

John got his introduction into real estate at a very early age, spending most of his formative years at construction sites and in board meetings for his family’s firm, the Taylor Simpson group and later Simpson Asset Management Company. His family has held major commercial real estate holdings such as hotels and office buildings in cities such as Boston, Manhattan and Washington, DC to name a few. It was through these experiences that John learned what it takes to build a career in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Besen & Associates, John held positions working in sales at the Grand Hyatt Washington, DC as well as working as a property manager for Rose & Associates in Manhattan.

John graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
