Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Casilli was owner of JCC Hospitality Group, where he developed and owned several successful restaurants and nightlife venues located in New York and Las Vegas. In doing so, Jeremy secured over $15 million dollars in private placement funding and negotiated retail lease transactions with major New York City landlords such as Tishman Speyer / Rockefeller Plaza, Mitsui Fuduson Co., Hersha Trust, McSam Group, and C&K Properties. Jeremy has extensive first-hand experience in the municipality approval process, having gone through Landmark Preservation, Department of Buildings, City Planning, and Consumer Affairs. Mr. Casilli’s hospitality expertise provides him the knowledge base to guide his clients through complex issues in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to creating his own venture, Jeremy had a management role at both the Soho and Tribeca Grand Hotels in New York City. There he supervised two hotel operations with a staff of 120 employees. He graduated from the State University of New York at Rockland.
