Jeff Baik
Mr. Baik joined Besen & Associates as an investment analyst in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he held various management positions at Hyatt International. He was involved in the opening of Hyatt Regency Incheon hotel in the Republic of Korea, and the re-launch of the Park Hyatt Washington D.C. In 2005, he became one of the youngest managers in Korea at age 23, and also received the prestigious “Trainer of the Year” award.
At Besen & Associates, Mr. Baik has performed valuations for all types of commercial assets, including multifamily, office, retail, hotels, and development sites. As an analyst, he provided support for the entire brokerage team, including the $10,000,000 sale of 34 Gansevoort Street, a commercial building in the trendy Meatpacking District. Mr. Baik’s ability to leverage his analytical skills with his deep knowledge of the New York City market has lead him to become a key contributor at Besen & Associates.
Mr. Baik is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. He is completing the Professional Certificate program in Real Estate Finance & Investment at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is fluent in Korean.
