Jeff Baik
Mr. Baik joined Besen & Associates as an investment analyst in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he held various management positions at Hyatt International. He was involved in the opening of Hyatt Regency Incheon hotel in the Republic of Korea, and the re-launch of the Park Hyatt Washington D.C. In 2005, he became one of the youngest managers in Korea at age 23, and also received the prestigious “Trainer of the Year” award.
At Besen & Associates, Mr. Baik is a top producer, with over $22 million in total building sales. Some of his noteworthy transactions include: 170-174 Nagle Avenue, a mixed-use property with 59 apartments & 11 stores for $10,200,000; 23-25 Carroll Street, Brooklyn, NY, a 21,500 square foot vacant building for $3,200,000; and 103-105 West 105th Street, 2 walkup apartment buildings with 20 units for $4,125,000.
Mr. Baik is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. He is completing the Professional Certificate program in Real Estate Finance & Investment at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is fluent in Korean.
