Iris Rossano
Iris Rossano joined Besen & Associates in 2004. Her focus is on dispositions of larger-scale commercial properties, and in her tenure at Besen she has achieved aggregate sales over $250,000,000.
Ms. Rossano has completed a number of noteworthy transactions involving Manhattan commercial properties slated for conversion, including the former Tommy Hilfiger Building at 485 Fifth Avenue, and The Covenant House on Ninth Avenue. She has also sold several Manhattan hotels, including The Avalon on East 32nd Street and The Comfort Inn on West 71st Street.
Ms. Rossano is known for her determination and drive to source and close transactions. She is a graduate of the University of Tel Aviv with a degree in Real Estate. She is fluent in Hebrew.
