He offers demonstrable expertise in multifamily, having sold over forty buildings with a combined total of more than 1,000 units. Hal has also completed transactions across a variety of assets including mixed use, office, and retail.

Hal started his brokerage career with Atlantic Real Estate Advisors, where he sold $10,000,000 of commercial real estate.
