Prior to coming aboard at Besen & Associates in January of 2008, David Davidson enjoyed an eleven year career as a real estate tax consultant for New York City property owners. During that time David had developed a deep understanding of Tax Incentive Programs available for rent stabilized buildings in New York City, while securing millions of dollars in refunds of real estate tax overcharges to his clients. More recently, David branched out into negotiating joint venture development projects for clients in Lower Manhattan.
