Carol Ann Flint

Prior to joining Besen & Associates in January 1997, Ms. Flint spent ten years in systems and consulting sales at several companies including EDS. In her tenure at the firm, Ms Flint’s has achieved aggregate sales of $250,000,000. She has sold various classes of commercial real estate assets, including loft and apartment buildings, development sites, parking lots/garages, hospitality and retail properties.

Ms. Flint’s strong analytical background lends itself to larger, more complex deals. She is highly regarded for her expertise in development transactions, bringing strong technical knowledge and passion to the table. Recent sales include a development site on Broadway and 54th Street, slated for a 40-story, $300,000,000 mixed-use complex, and a 350-unit, 3- building apartment portfolio in the Bronx. She is a graduate of McCombs School of Business, University of Texas.
