Alex Frants
Alexander Frants joined Besen & Associates in early 2000. At that time, his deal making in commercial sales started to overtake his existing business in residential sales. In his tenure at Besen, Mr. Frants has closed more than $170 million in aggregate sales.
Mr. Frants began his real estate career in 1994, handling residential sales in a full-service real estate company in Brooklyn. Bringing experience, knowledge and a professional approach toward every aspect of real estate, Mr. Frants creatively structures transactions to meet client objectives. He offers great versatility in the breadth of assets that he has brokered in his career, including multifamily, shopping centers, net leased property, office, and development sites. He also has completed a number of transactions across the New York metropolitan area, such as the sale of an office building in Hartford, CT and a 160-unit multifamily complex in New Jersey, amongst others.
Mr. Frants is a graduate of Odessa University in the Ukraine and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science. He is fluent in Russian.
